Warranty and Return Policies
Returns will only be accepted with a RMA number, EMail for RMA #, or Phone and ask for an RMA Number(RMA Numbers are ONLY issued within 30 Days of Order). RMA Number must be printed clearly on the Outside of the Package. Ship Package Post Paid to:

Bird-X Products will not be accepted as returns, Manufacturer's Warranty applies upon receipt.
Due to the Nature of the Product, Absolutely NO RETURNS on Pepper Sprays! All Returns or Exchanges must be in original packaging, in "Like New" condition. They must be accompanied by a copy of the Original Sales Invoice (this Invoice was in the Package when it was delivered). Clearly State Item or Items you would like in Exchange for your Return. You must Prepay the Shipping to Return the Item. If your exchange requires any additional payment to process, we will charge it to the last credit card account number you submitted to our company, unless otherwise stated.
If your exchange entitles you to an account credit, we will refund the difference to your credit card account. The account credit granted will be reflected on your credit card statement.
No restocking fees apply to exchanges.
20% Restocking will be deducted from any Refund. The shipping charges are non recoverable.
Return the unused part in it's original packaging, in "like new" condition within 30 days.
We reserve the right to decline refunds on damaged merchandise. If the return has been altered or damaged during improper installation, application, operation or in any way that prevents the item from being sold as new, a credit will not be issued. No Cash Refunds! Company Check or if Items were Paid for by Credit Card, Then you can only receive a Credit on your Credit Card .
